A Glimpse Of The Cabin

A few of you have asked me for pictures of our cozy little abode over the past few weeks and...well...months.  Sadly, I hadn't found the time. This evening, after sewing, grocery shopping, a mountain of dishes, cleaning, and food for two starving Turkey hunters, I DO! So Here you go. A tour of our sweet little house.

"Oh, look!" I thought to myself, "A furniture store..."

This was the very, very beginning.

"Wow. That's a lot of ruffles..." - Ethan

This is our pre-children home. Pastels and frills and WHITE (Like a white sheepskin rug, etc.) When we move into our "family residence" one of these days, there will be a more practical theme. (I can just see a little boy, dripping in mud, flinging his happy little self all over that pastel chair, can't you? I don't want to be one of those "DON'T TOUCH!" mommas. Leather is probably in the future.)

Coffee in a frame. :)

Alrighty. That's all I have for now.

See ya!

Haha the style is very YOU!!! Thanks so much for taking the time to show us pictures of your home I think your plan of not being a DON'T TOUCH person is a good one 😄

Yes, pictures! Coffee in a frame. Very cute.

Ethan and all those ruffles. Don't you love it when our men just let us enjoy "playing" at decorating our castles? :)
