The Hair Salon: Updo Idea

I don't think I have to explain this one. (Sorry the picture's upside-down and the room was such a mess. Camp, you understand. Beds are clotheslines and tables are dresser-tops. :D)

We only took a picture AFTER the church service, thus it's a bit "coming-out-ish" in the picture.

TO DO YOURSELF:

If you want to see how to do the sides of this hair do, go into the tab entitled "The Hair Salon" on my sidebar, click on it, then scroll down until you come to "The Tiara". Follow the directions. (bobby pins are the best choice for securing throughout the whole ordeal.)

Secondly, put your hair in a ponytail.

Thirdly, braid the ponytail.

Fourth and fifthly, rap braid around and around your ponytail holder, pinning each layer, if desired. (Or, you might be able to get away with just pinning the outside like I probably did.)

Viola. :)

Credits: Thanks Charity for being patient with me. (And also taking out the giant clip that I left you to wrangle with and putting bobby pins in it's stead.) :)

"That's a lot of hair" ((I couldn't resist the quote))

It's so pretty! I was never very good at updos -- but you make it seem so simple. I'll have to grab a sister and attempt it!

Bethany, :D

Well thank you. It's easy to simply type up the directions...though the real execution is (probably) typically more difficult.

(Thanks for your evening-brightening comment. :)

And, dear me, I might add that the young lady is indeed very lovely. :)
