Coffee, Dad, and Suprises

After Dad came home he asked Kara and I if we wanted to come with him to get some "Anti-freeze".
I had my suspicions right away, but went along with it.
Pulling out of the driveway Dad asks me: "So, where do you think we're going."
I replied. "To get anti-freeze? I'm not sure exactly where we're going."
Low and Behold, we pull into the new coffee-shop's parking lot. (Here in town.) It was called "The Living Room." I fell in love with their decorating color scheme. It was so warm and friendly - the music wasn't too bad, either.
Of course the photographer pulled out her camera nearly upon arrival to take a picture of the menuey thing. 'Twas rather creative and....
Well, here. Let me explain. In the van she had just programmed the camera to make bird noises when it turned on. Mmhmm. It bordered on an embarrassing experience - standing there, getting ready to order, and the camera starts singing. It wasn't embarrassing though. Just strangely funny, in the excitement of the moment.
I like some strange things though.
Kara and I ordered Latte's and Dad got black coffee of some sort. I think I burned my tongue, but it was definitely worth it. :)

Love ya Dad!

Thanks for the comments on my blog. :) That's so sweet of your dad. :] it's always fun to do things with dads. ;) I've been following your blog, but it doesn't show up on blogger when you post. That's why I haven't been commenting. I never know when you post. :( I'll be checking more often though. :)
