Another How To post. :)

 How To: Freeze Brussel Sprouts

1.    Heat Stock-pot full of water to a roiling boil

2.    Dump your brussel sprouts in the said stockpot and leave them there for three minutes.

3.    Fill your sink with cold water while the sprouts are boiling

4.    When three minutes are up, take brussel sprouts and put them in the cold water for three minutes.

5.    Put in freezer bags (or other container)

6.    Label and Freeze

(Steam before consuming.)
