| Okay, part your hair however you want it parted.... Take two strands of hair (as seen in the picture,) and pull one up, over top of the other one. Add a small piece of hair to the "bottom" strand each time you pull it up over the "top strand." It should look like the following: |

| After you have clipped one side of the "Tiara" do the same thing to the other side. |

| Make sure to keep the two ends of the "Tiara" tight enough that they won't fall out as you clip them together. |
